Small Group Private Training
Small group sessions combine individualized instruction with a competitive environment to help athletes level up their skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall game performance. Each session is designed to support individual growth and translate directly to on-field play.

MEET OUR TEAM

Erin (Kelly) Prysko
Erin is a Rockland County, NY native who played Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was a National Champion, four-time ACC Champion, and two-time team captain during her collegiate career. Her exceptional play earned her a spot on the USA U19 World Cup team, where she helped capture a silver medal in international competition.
Coach Erin has been coaching since 2015 and brings over 10 years of experience developing players at all levels through individual training, club lacrosse, and high school coaching. She is dedicated to skill development and character building, believing that lacrosse creates strong, confident young women both on and off the field.

Jordan Prysko
Jordan is a Calgary, Alberta native who played Jr. A box lacrosse for the Calgary Mountaineers. He went on to play Division I lacrosse at UNC Chapel Hill as an attackmen/midfielder, where he won a National Championship and ACC Championship in 2016.
Since graduating in 2019, Coach Jordan has coached both boys and girls box and field lacrosse, working with athletes from 1st grade up to high school level. Coach Jordan brings a well-rounded perspective that combines Canadian box lacrosse fundamentals with modern field lacrosse strategies. He is passionate about developing young athletes and providing them with the skills and character foundation to excel both as lacrosse players and as individuals.
